TURN AROUND TIME,   BUT WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO SEE
THAT YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER EFFICIENTLY.

2.  WE  WILL REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE, AND NO CARDS SUBMITTED MAY BE
TAMPERED,CUT OR ALTERED OR REPLICAS OR REPRINTS IN ANYWAY OR THEY
WILL NOT BE GRADED AND RETURNED.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

3.  WE ARE OFFERING AN OPINION WITH FAIRNESS, AND OUR  OPINION IS BASED
ONLY ON THE CARDS YOU SUBMIT FOR REVIEW.  WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE
FOR EACH AND EVERY GRADE ISSUED.

4.  YOU WILL HAVE 3 DAYS TO INSPECT YOUR RETURN  ITEMS AS THEY WILL ALL
BE RETURNED TO YOU.  YOU MUST NOTIFY CLASSIC SPORTS GRADING WITHIN
THIS TIME FRAME OF ANY PROBLEMS.

5.  CLASSIC SPORTS GRADING WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE OR LIABLE FOR
MISUSE OF OUR CARD CASES.  SHIPPING AND INSURANCE FOR THE DECLARED
VALUE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER WHICH MUST BE FURNISHED
BY THE PATRON UPON SUBMISSION OF ORDER.

6.  SHIPPING AND PACKING:  PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE AND CARING PACKING
YOUR ITEMS TO US.

7.  WE DO NOT EXPRESS OR DO NOT GUARANTEE THE INCREASE OR DECLINE IN
VALUE OF ANY PIECE OF MERCHANDISE GRADED AND REVIEWED BY CLASSIC
SPORTS GRADING.  AS THE MARKET VALUE CONTINUES TO RISE OR FALL.
